Child Safety Standards

Datev0 is a wellness and companionship app for adults. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. These standards describe what is prohibited, how anyone can report a concern, what we do when we receive one, and who is accountable.

1. Adults only

Datev0 is strictly for people aged 18 and over. Every account must provide a date of birth showing the user is at least 18, and this is checked again on our servers. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account, and we remove accounts we believe belong to minors.

2. Prohibited conduct and content

The following are prohibited everywhere on Datev0 — in chats, calls, profiles, photos and conversations with Companions:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including illustrated, computer-generated or AI-generated material.
Sexualising, grooming, soliciting or exploiting anyone under 18, or anyone presented as under 18.
Attempting to contact, meet or obtain images of minors, or sharing content that depicts minors in a sexual context.
Asking a Companion for sexual content involving minors. Companions are built to refuse and end such conversations.
Providing false age information to access the service.

3. How to report

In the app: every chat, call and profile has a Report option, and every Companion conversation and call has a Report button. Reports can be submitted without leaving the app.
By email: safety@datev0.com. You do not need an account to report.
To authorities: if a child is in immediate danger, contact the police (112 in India). You can also report to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) or, from anywhere, to the NCMEC CyberTipline.

4. What we do

Reports involving a minor are reviewed as the highest priority.
Confirmed CSAM is removed immediately and the account is permanently terminated.
We preserve the relevant records and report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Indian law-enforcement, as required by law.
Uploaded photos are automatically screened before they are published, and Companion conversations are covered by automated safety checks that refuse and log sexual content involving minors.
We cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement agencies.

5. Compliance

Datev0 complies with applicable child-safety laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 in India, and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. We review these standards at least annually.

6. Point of contact
